Information Systems Capstone provides an opportunity for students to demonstrate an advanced application of the knowledge and skills gained in earlier subjects in order to develop a complex real– world IS project. As part of a project group, students will develop and follow a project plan successfully to deliver outcomes and create IS documentation that contains business cases, user requirements, and system designs. In the completion of this subject, the project groups will deliver a working IS prototype based on system design requirements.

AIIHE uses a variety of assessment tools to guide and assess each student’s achievement of their learning outcomes. In this subject there will be in–class activities intended to support you to engage in and reflect on your learning journey and understanding of the subject. You will also undertake assessment tasks related to your skills development, your effective engagement in group work and delivery of collaborative outcomes, including a written report and an oral presentation.
