Admissions & Enrollment

How do I apply to AIIHE?

Prospective students can submit their applications online via the AIIHE application portal or they can download the international student application form via AIIHE Website and submit to [email protected]. Required documents include a completed application form, academic transcripts, proof of English language proficiency, and a valid passport.

International applicants must demonstrate English proficiency through recognized tests such as IELTS, TOEFL, or equivalent. Specific score requirements may vary by program; please refer to the Admission Requirements page for detailed information

Deferrals are possible under certain circumstances. Students should submit a deferral request along with supporting documentation to the Admissions Department or send email to [email protected]. Approval is subject to individual assessment.​ ​

Courses & Academic Support

How do I access my course materials?

Once enrolled, you will receive access to the AIIHE student portal where you can access your course materials, timetables, and assessment details.

Course changes are possible within the first few weeks of the semester before census date. To switch courses, submit the Variation of Enrolment Form and seek approval from the Academic Department

Payments & Fees

What payment methods are accepted?

AIIHE accepts payment via credit/debit cards, bank transfer, and other online payment options. For more details, visit the Fee Information page.

To request a refund, complete the Application for Refund Form. Please review the Refund Policy on the website to ensure eligibility and to understand the processing times.

Campus & Facilities

Where is the AIIHE Sydney campus located?

The AIIHE Sydney campus is located at Level 8, 540 George Street, Sydney, NSW 2000, right next to Town Hall and easily accessible by public transport.

Student Life & Activities

Are there any student clubs or organizations at AIIHE?

Yes, AIIHE encourages students to join various clubs like Student Representative Club, Sports Club etc. and participate in extracurricular activities to enrich their college experience. These clubs provide opportunities for networking, leadership, and personal growth. 

AIIHE regularly hosts a range of events including workshops, guest speakers, and cultural activities. Students will be notified via the student portal and email about upcoming events. 

Student Communications

How will I be notified of important updates or changes?

AIIHE communicates important updates and information through your student email, the student portal, and on-campus notices. Make sure to regularly check your student email and portal for the latest announcements.

To update your personal details, log in to your student portal or contact the Student Services team. Keeping your contact information up to date ensures you receive all necessary communications.

Policies & Support

What is AIIHE’s attendance policy?

AIIHE requires students to maintain a minimum attendance rate of 80% in each unit of study, as per the requirements of the Australian government for student visas. If attendance falls below this threshold, students may face academic consequences or visa implications. Students who are unable to attend due to illness or other extenuating circumstances should notify their course coordinator and provide supporting documentation.

Academic integrity is a cornerstone of AIIHE’s educational standards. All students are expected to uphold high standards of honesty in their coursework, exams, and research. Plagiarism, cheating, or any form of dishonesty may result in disciplinary actions, including failure of the unit or expulsion. AIIHE provides reasonable accommodations for students with special needs or disabilities, such as extra time for exams, note-taking assistance, or access to accessible learning materials. Students are encouraged to register with the Student Support team at the beginning of their studies to ensure that the necessary accommodations are put in place. Please find more details here.

AIIHE has a clear refund policy that outlines the conditions under which students may be eligible for a refund. AIIHE is committed to providing a safe and respectful learning environment. Harassment, discrimination, and bullying of any kind are not tolerated. If you experience or witness any form of harassment or discrimination, you can report it to the Student Support team, and it will be addressed in accordance with our Harassment and Discrimination Policy.

If you believe a disciplinary decision is unfair or incorrect, you can appeal it by submitting a Student Grievance Form. The appeal will be reviewed in accordance with AIIHE’s Grievance and Appeals Policy, and you will be notified of the outcome.
