Project Management provides an opportunity for students to learn about the project life cycle model and newer agile approaches and their application to real life business projects, and the key project planning techniques that take into consideration the time, cost and quality constraints of every project. Working collaboratively, students will prepare project plans that incorporate resource management, quality/risk and human resource management strategies and subsequently they will demonstrate skills in project management methods and planning software tools.

AIIHE uses a variety of assessment tools to guide and assess each student’s achievement of their learning outcomes. In this subject there will be in–class activities intended to support you to engage in and reflect on your learning journey and understanding of the subject. You will also undertake assessment tasks related to your skills development, your effective engagement in group work and delivery of collaborative outcomes, including a written report and an oral presentation.
